Madonna tops Showbiz mum’s list

Madonna has topped a list of hardest working mothers in showbiz compiled by Forbes magazine. The ‘material girl, mum to Lourdes 12, Rocco 8, and adopted tot Banda 3, earned an eye popping $110 million according to the magazine. This is despite her being turned down in her bid to adopt a second child from Malawi.

Next on the list is Reese Witherspoon mum to Ava and Deacon from her previous marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. Witherspoon is estimated to have earned $24 million mostly from films and endorsements.

Making up the rest of the top five are Gwyneth Paltrow, mum to Apple and Moses and wife of Coldplay’s Chris Martin earning $20 million, Julia Roberts in fourth with an estimated earning of $17 million and Sarah Jessica Parker star of last years blockbuster ‘Sex and the City’ came in fifth with earnings of $15 million.
