Danielle Lloyd Attacked in Nightclub

One time Miss GB Danielle Lloyd was attacked in an apparently unprovoked attack at a niteclub early yesterday morning. She visited the Crystal niteclub in central London with her boyfriend, the footballer Jaime O,hara and a few other friends. A few hours later, a fight ensued, caused by two ladies dancing on a VIP sofa she was sitting on.

Lloyd’s spokesperson said: ‘Danielle had been socialising with six friends, including her boyfriend Jamie O’Hara, when the unprovoked attack occurred at around 2.30am. Danielle was thrown on to a table of drinks by two females.

‘An ambulance was called and Mr O’Hara awaited its arrival outside before travelling with Miss Lloyd to the hospital.’

She is said to have needed stiches for a wound to her back. Club security detained two women and a police spokesperson confirmed they had been arrested on suspicion of grevious bodily harm and bailed until a date in July.

Danielle Lloyd came to prominence when she was stripped of her Miss GB title in 2006 when it was revealed she was dating footballer Teddy Sheringham at the time. He was one of the pagent judges.

She was also involved in the ‘Shilpagate’ row when she, Jade Goody and former S Club 7 singer Jo O’Meara were accused of bullying Indian actress Shilpa Shetty.
