Giselle Tops Highest Earning Models List

Brazillian supermodel Giselle Bundchen has been named by Forbes as the highest earning model for the third year running. She earned an estimated $25 million dollars to beat German model Heidi Klum into second and British model Kate Moss into third.

Bundchen’s earnings came from her campaign with brands including Versace, True Religion jeans and Christain Dior. She also has her own shoe line. Despite these earnings though, the Brazilian is reckoned to have been hit like everyone else by the global economic downturn. She earned $10 million less than last year.

Pregnant Heidi Klum powered in at second place with estimated earnings of $16 million. Her earnings have come from her endorsements with brands including Diet Coke and Volkswagen. She also has a successful career in T.V as host of Project Runway and German’s next top model.

In at third is Kate Moss with earnings of $8.5 million. She earned $1 million more than last year despite the economic downturn no doubt helped in part by her range for Topshop.
